Sir, 

        I shall be highly obliged if you allow me a little space in your widely circulated news paper to publish my opinion about ragging day to day happening in the hostel and educational institutions. 

        Ragging is a practice in colleges, hostels and other educational institutes where senier or an influential person tends to demoralize and defame the juniors through the means of verbal or physical abuse and harassment. School, Colleges and hostels are regarded as The Miniature Society'. In a society senior guides junior likewise seniors of such institution tend the junior and reach to its extremity with torturing attitude. Sometime ragging pushes the students fall in the mouth of death or losing of limbs. Thus, the paradise of learning, the school, colleges, or hostels or other educational institutes become a hell and lead the students to quit their study. This gentle butchery of students should be stopped immediately. Otherwise there will be a constant fear and tension in the mind of second student that he/she might be the next victim of ragging. 

        I, therefore, pray to you to publish the above letter to make well aware the Government as well as the guardian so, that the concerning authorities may take necessary measure to stop the same. May take necessary measure to stop the same.
